Holiday Stress Relief

This post is all about de-stressing, enjoying yourself, & relaxing. The holidays are upon us! Everyone can get a little on edge this time of year. People are rude, traffic is horrible, the weather is awful & everyone is broke. Personally, I love the holidays! I enjoy spending time with family & friends, eating turkey, giving gifts, & celebrating Jesus' birthday, but I too need to chill. So today I will show you how I do that by sharing the things I love. The #1 thing I do to de-stress is yoga. I know a lot of people generally say that, but it does work for me. I'm a self taught yogi for almost 3 years which basically means I'm terrible at it! I would love to try a class one day but for now I learn the poses or watch youtube videos. It's also amazing for my back. After a good bible study I put on some music and get stretching!
