Earthwise Beauty & Leahlani Skincare Review
Hi everyone & welcome new year!
I sincerely apologize for the delay in posting. I switched from community to university this semester and have been adjusting to a busier schedule! The plan is to get it together & make it work.
I think I will pick up where I left off in December with a review for you guys. Earthwise Beauty & Leahlani Skincare are just two of the brands I purchased on Black Friday 2017. In that post I have more information about the companies & products. For the sake of time here I will get straight into my review. If you haven't seen my Black Friday Haul post you can check it out here
Regardless of how busy I've been I made time to use these products so I could share my thoughts. I find reviews helpful before purchasing products that are on the pricier side. I hope you will enjoy this post!

Left: Nap in the Meadow Face Serum, Right (top - down): Blackstrap Molasses Face Mask, Catharsis Face Cleanser & Mask (free sample), Ambrosia del Cerrado Liquid Moisturizer (free sample)
Nap In The Meadow Face Serum: Beautiful color! The smell wasn't my favorite at first. After I got use to it I found it pleasant. It was woodsy, a little spicy & sweet. I enjoyed this serum & would recommend it. Unfortunately I can't afford it on a regular basis so it was a treat to test out.
Blackstrap Molasses Face Mask: I love this mask! I have sensitive skin & can only wear clay masks for 5-10 minutes. Except with this mask! I found that spritzing my face with a toner every so often while wearing it was helpful. My skin was so baby soft afterwards. I really think it cleared my skin but left it moisturized & not stripped. I definitely recommend this product.
Catharsis Face Cleanser & Mask (free sample): I don't really enjoy mixing my own mask but I still liked using it. My face wasn't dry afterwards & felt clean & smooth. I would recommend trying it out.
Ambrosia del Cerrado Liquid Moisturizer (free sample): I didn't really like this product. This moisturizer didn't deliver what I look for in a moisturizer. I prefer thicker lotions for my face because I have really bad dry skin, especially in the winter.
My final thoughts are positive for Earthwise Beauty. I believe that this company makes high quality, potent, organic products. I highly recommend checking out what they have, and adjust your list for your needs!

left to right: Mermaid Mask, Siren Serum, Honey Love (free sample)
Mermaid Mask: In love! This is definitely on my favorite masks list. Described as a "green smoothie" for your face. The smell is kinda sweet. My skin feels amazing after using it. With the harsh weather I've been experiencing I'm relieved that I have this for some TLC. I try to leave it on for as long as I can to enjoy all the benefits. I recommend trying this one out!
Siren Serum: In love some more! The smell is divine. It reminds me of hot summer days with no worries & an ice cold orange cream soda. This serum is very moisturizing & enjoyable to use during my night time routine. I'm interested in trying their other serums out sometime. I recommend this product!
Honey Love 3 in 1 Exfoliator (free sample): Can this company do no wrong because I love this product as well! If you can't tell by this point, I love masks that have honey in them. I learned long ago that dry patches are never cute, & that a glob of raw honey will take care of it. "Triple threat", it can be used as a cleanser, mask, or exfoliator. I enjoy this product as all three. The smell, texture, & color are amazing. No stripped skin here, just baby softness! I recommend trying this out.
Final thoughts on Leahlani Skincare are pretty clear from my review of all three products. I can't wait to try others in the future. I'm in love with this brand.
That is all I have for you today! I really hope that you find this information useful on your search for organic brands to fall in love with. I apologize again for the lack of posts but will try harder to maintain this blog. I love sharing my experiences with you! Stay tuned for more nerdy posts.
