Earth Day 2018

I think that everyday is Earth Day! Dorky to say but, it's true. I love Earth Day because I think it brings attention to our planet & what it needs. Regardless of the fact that its one day for some, its a little step in the right direction for us to think about the environment. Today I want to share some companies that celebrate Earth Day, everyday. I'll also share some companies that are helping our animals. Hopefully this will inspire you to think about the world a little more everyday, instead of for one day. I found these brands on Instagram & would love some other suggestions!

Ten Tree
Pledge & Plant! This sustainable company plants 10 trees for every item purchased. They have cute styles for reasonable prices & are making a difference for our environment. Theres a lot of information on their website, so definitely check them out!

Parks Project
Products purchased contributes to one of 30 U.S. conservancies. They're partnered with the Nation Park Foundation, Yosemite Conservancy, Yellowstone Forever, ect. They help habitat restoration, visitor programs, wildlife conservation, youth education, & volunteer programs. I think the prices are reasonable & the quality is great. The designs are really cool, from 59 different parks.

This company strives to bring awareness & education for all whales! 5% of profits are donated to the Save The Whales organization! They have a variety of apparel & accessories for reasonable prices.

 Badger Balm

I love this company. I've been using Badger Balm products since I went clean & green! They are a small, family owned, B corp company, which you can learn more about on their website. They just announced on Instagram that they have reduced their trash by 75%. They are affordable & have great quality organic, cruelty free items. It would take me forever to list all the things this company does so I highly recommend checking out their "About Us" page & their products!

Devoted to the ocean! This brand donates 20% of its profits to https://www.gumbolimbo.org which is a company that aids in sea turtle conservation, school/public programs, & research. This brand has cute jewelry, & apparel at an affordable price. So if you love turtle as much as I do check them out!

I have talked about this B corp company in a previous post but it fits here as well. For every product sold, they remove one pound of trash from oceans & waterways. If you visit their website you can  see if there is a cleanup near you & volunteer. They have a lot of information on the site so please check it out! They have really cool apparel, camp gear, kids items, & accessories.

Sharing our passions with the world is important because I believe you can touch someone else's life & bring awareness! Let's hear it for that natural summer glow! I know that it's already pretty late into summer but I thought I would show you my tanning essentials. The spring/summer season is upon us and that means vacation time! I'm going on a trip to the beach with my family & thought I would share my natural travel essentials. I would also like to share a couple minimalist packing tips. So lets get into it already! Tip #1 Bring those holy grail never fail products that you always rely on. Trips aren't a good time to test out new products! If you want to pack light bring the tried & true and those multi use products. Tip #2 Planning your makeup looks & outfits for each day will help you keep track of what you really need. Instead of bringing a lot of things you may not use or wear, having a plan gives you more time to enjoy your trip.
