I've been testing these products out for 3 months & I'm ready to share my thoughts. Quick recap of Herbivore Botanicals; cruelty free, ethically sourced, high quality organic/active ingredients. Packaging is great, everything is great!
We'll get right into it!
left - right: Pink Cloud Rosewater Moisture Creme, Brighten Pineapple + Gemstone Mask, Rose Hibiscus Hydrating Face Mist, Phoenix-Orchid-Lapis Facial Oil Mini Set
Pink Cloud Rosewater Moisture Creme: Um is this what heaven is like? I'm picky about facial creams. As I've said before, I have dry skin. I like my moisturizer to be moist-ur-izing! Love it. The consistency is great & it soaks in really well. Unfortunately I can't afford it for only 1.7 oz a pop. I received this one as a free sample. Maybe one day when they make a tub of it I'll repurchase it & then sit in said tub.
Brighten Pineapple + Gemstone Mask: This mask is amazing! The Pineapple & Papaya enzymes exfoliate & brighten leaving your face tingly, refreshed, & baby soft. The smell reminds me of beaches. I use this as a quick pick-me-up mask. I leave it on for 5-10 minutes & then put another mask on after. Even though I have sensitive skin I didn't have a bad reaction because, I followed the instructions. But be aware that your skin has to adjust & that it will sting at first. If you follow the directions you'll be fine. I recommend this mask 100%.
Rose Hibiscus Hydrating Face Mist: I love this product as well. It smells amazing, the packaging is great because the spray nozzle is a good one, & it's so refreshing to use. I do feel like this is a good moisturizing toner mist. I think the size is good but, I would prefer to buy a bigger toner for less. I enjoyed trying this product out though because I have been stalking it for a while.
Facial Oil Set (Phoenix, Orchid, Lapis):
I think the mini trial set is worth the money because you can test them out to see which one you would like more. I think its fun to use all 3 so when I repurchase I'll just get the set again! My only problem with this product was the dropper tops fall apart really easily so just be aware.
Phoenix: This smells really good & I also like the color. It contains Sea Buckthorn, & Rosehip oil, how could I not love this? Its very moisturizing & soaks in well.
Orchid: This one is more like a "dry" oil. I think its great in the morning under SPF & makeup because it isn't "oily" ,if that makes any sense? It contains Jasmine Sambac oil & that smell is good for boosting your mood.
Lapis: The color is so great, & the smell is amazing. This one is for acne prone skin which I don't have, but the ingredients can't hurt so I'm loving this one as well. Again its very moisturizing & soaks in well.
That is all that I purchased from Herbivore Botanicals! I did warn you that the praise would be off the charts. I highly recommend checking them out because I think they are a great organic company with reasonable prices. I hope that you have enjoyed this post & please stay tuned for more exciting things on this blog for the summer!
