Valentines Day the organic way
Hello everyone! I'm sorry for a late Valentines day post but let's get into it anyway! I wouldn't normally make a post about gifts I receive. However, my boyfriend purchased a special V-Day subscription box from an organic company called Kloverbox. Since it was an amazing idea, & it relates to this blog I thought I would share what I got & tell you about the company.
This company was founded by Lora & Marie. Just two mothers that care about healthy alternatives for their families. The products that are featured in their boxes are vegan, cruelty free, and organic & you can receive beauty, lifestyle, or nutritional items. You can order monthy, 3-month, or 6-month subscriptions. So let's get started with what I got in my box!
Native Nectar Botanicals: Rooibos + Pomegranate Cream Exfoliant
Crafted in Crested Butte, Colorando this company offers effective formulas with plant based ingredients. This creamy exfoliant is made with biodegradable jojoba beads. So far I've enjoyed this product. I wouldn't say its my favorite exfoliation option. It takes a while to wash it all off my face. Sometimes I'll still have some beads leftover which I don't like while I'm putting on moisturizer. It smells nice though. I'm interested in checking out other items.
Jaiden Madison: Lady Like lipgloss
I don't know much about this company because their website doesn't really have any information. I don't enjoy the smell but the color is good. Their other lip products don't really interest me but its nice to try it out.
Moody Sisters Natural Skincare: Lavender Rose Scent Roller
Started by two sisters, Jess & Whit, make cruelty free, natural non-toxic, small batch beauty products. Love this roller! It smells amazing. I'm interested in checking out their other products.
ChocXO: Cocoa Nibs
Sustainably sourced, non-GMO, gluten free, organic chocolate. YUM! Can't go wrong with chocolate. I don't really even need to discuss this product because...well, its chocolate!
So that is everything that came in the V-day box. I hope you found this interesting! It never hurts to learn about new companies, and try different things. Stay tuned for more in March!
